IMAGE COPYRIGHTS

IMAGES AND COPYRIGHTS Images are strictly produced for the CLIENT’s private home use only. The CLIENT assumes all liability for any form of copyright infringement. No editing or alterations to the images are permitted apart from cropping occurring during printing. The images will be supplied in the form of. JPEGs only, RAW files are not supplied. All images presented to The CLIENT are finished images, edited in the style in keeping with Rebecca Loveridge Photography’s signature style and may not be altered by The CLIENT or a third party. If any of Rebecca Loveridge Photography’s images are published by The CLIENT (on the web or any other media), proper photo credit such as “© Photo by Rebecca Loveridge Photography” is required. If the CLIENT is obtaining a print for newspaper announcements, Rebecca Loveridge Photography authorises The CLIENT to reproduce the print in the above manner. The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. Where a USB of photographs has been provided to the CLIENT as part of their package, these photographs may be printed and displayed online for personal, not commercial use and credited correctly as described above. Rebecca Loveridge Photography retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting her work. All copyrights, as well as originals, be they negatives or digital, remain the sole property of the Photographer. In the event that digital negatives are provided, the photographer still retains copyrights on the photographs. The CLIENT hereby waives any rights to intellectual property ownership, monetisation, or reproduction of the images and footage created by the Photographer. Storage media (such as computer disks and digital cards) that contain electronic copies of any or all of the Images shall be the sole property of Rebecca Loveridge Photography. All photographic materials, including but not limited to digital files, negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of Rebecca Loveridge Photography.

WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY Rebecca Loveridge Photography warrants and represents that she is the sole creator of the Images and owns all rights granted under this Agreement, that the Images are an original creation (except for materials obtained with the written permission of others or materials from the public domain), that the Images do not infringe any other person’s copyrights or rights of literary property, nor do they violate the rights of privacy of, or libel, other persons. The CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rebecca Loveridge Photography against any claims, judgments, court costs, attorney’s fees, and other expenses arising from any alleged or actual breach of this warranty.
